Yeah, good isn't it? Great cross between 70's and 2000's cop show, with a little latter years dr who thrown in for good measure, and wasn't the bit with the little girl telling him to give up his fight weird in the last episode?

Absolutely compulsive viewing!

Yeah the BBC girl and clown are well freaky, she was giving him the heeby geebies the other week too.

I heard John Simm on Jonathan Ross' radio show last Saturday and he confirmed they are doing a second series! COME ON!

Bonus - the soundtrack to each episode is class!

Agreed.

Good series, and hopefully won't be too much of a prick-tease like Lost has been (although can't wait for series 2 of Lost - TV slut that I am!)

Apologies for inappropriate use of semi colon. As an English student this sort of thing's meant to be my pet hate. We'll blame it on doing a 12 mile walk today and being tired.

A weak excuse.

Good to hear about 2nd series of Life on Mars.

You have to get the Lost DVD's. On there the show's are only 40 minutes long. How the fuck did they cram 20 minutes of adverts in?? Apparently there are twice as many in the american broadcasts.

Yeah, another good life on mars last night. Similar to that dr who where rose went to her parents wedding to save her dad- from the car i mean, not jackie tyler. I watch that programme too much, and get addicted to all these things. This is what you get when you don't start work until the afternoon!
