My friends' band The Urban Voodoo Machine have been shortlisted for Best Band at the Ministry of Burlesque awards. They are fab and rockin' so check them out on myspaceand please vote for them on the Ministry of Burlesque site, here. They play Jack Daniels soaked gypsy blues - can't go far wrong with that, plus some of the guys, Nick and Barney used to play in a very random burlesque/cabaret band called The Waltzing Maggots with Crispian and Alonza.

It would be great if you guys could show some support for them

I usually don't do this but since they're not bad at all I will be glad to do this little effort to support them and you
