Is it just me or is MySpace just one big f**k-up at the moment? It never seems to be working properly anymore. Perhaps it wasn't designed to hold the trillions of people that seem to have accounts? I hope it's ok otherwise I'm going to have nothing to do at work lol

You could always spend more time on here...Being an old luddite, I have never bothered with MySpace anyway. My mate told me to open an account, which I did, and then I just left it. Perhaps my untouched account has disrupted the MySpace Continuum, and we will have to get an alien like "Q" in to rectify everything, and put all back as it should be. Or maybe you are right, and just too many people are signed in at the one time, and poor MySpace can't cope. Hope it goes okay for you in the end up petal.

I sound a bit melodramatic don't I?! This forum is a pain though as I have to refresh everything all the time, as the only time it refreshes itself is when the PC is switched off.

Did you never get your broadband installed at home? I remember you were talking about it. Are you a Sky customer? If so, they are doing a god intoductory broadband offer - might be worth looking into. We already had it before the offer came through, and we are not at the end of our other contract yet, so we had to keep that one. Anyway, might help things along for you on here if you were to get that.

I'm moving to Manc in a month so no point now. The people I'm moving in with have net access at home so hopefully will be better than the connection at work.

Though myspace has its uses, I kind of lost faith in it when it got taken over by Rupert Murdoch's evil empire. I wouldn't be that sad if it disappeared (though it would be a lot better if it found a new owner.)

It's all gone a bit weird since Murdoch bought it out, but he seems so intent on controlling an element of youth media once slipped from his grasp, that I don't think he'd let it die haveing spent $5 million on it! Unltimately that's a bad thing, but I doubt it's going to wither and die with powers like that behind it.

So K, you can sleep easily- although how Tom can, sigining it all away to someone as evil as Murdoc, I don't know.

hmm i would be annoyed because have many of my bands music up on a myspace page and i quite like it-in small doses(though i often find myself contridicted that and going on it a lot).

I think myspace is probably safe enough. So why get ourselves all upset over hypothetical situations that are most probably not likely to arise? I am sure it will all be fine.

I like Myspace too. Its a good way to keep in contact with people, and also provied an ice breaker in conversations. As I discovered in NYC.

It wouldn't let me on for an hour this morning saying it was under maintenance then all the bulletins had disappeared. Bloody heap of crap!
