I hate Razorlight, this is all I have to say about this so called band.

Hmmm...I'm rather divided. On the one hand I though their first album was quite good, but there new stuff seems to have no progression and Johnny Borrell comes across as a twat. Oh, they're wank live too, seem them twice (through no fault of my own) and they failed to do anything for me.

Nearly...once was at Leeds festival and I was too stoned to move, the other was supporting Richard Ashcroft where I just couldn't be arsed to move I wouldn't pay good money to watch them.

Razorlight are shite. But I have deemed it OK to like thier new single. I hate thier drummer. He's a cunt. He does not deserve that Pearl drumkit. Fucker. Oh yeah and he looks like Rod Stweart, what a fuckin wanker. And Borrel can fuck off n all!

Anyhow, I quite like them. Bands are often wankers, such as Oasis. Can't get worse than Liam.

Yeah, I mean I like Oasis. But not as much as I used to. Still I think Noel and Liam should stop slagging off bands. Its childish.

The problem is that they wedged them between The Charlatans and King of Leon, so they kind of got out shone on two fronts.

Looks and musicality?

I think that the Borrell rubs people up the wrong way, but is misquoted/interpreted in almost equal measure. As a result, people reject them without bothering to give the music a chance. Sound familiar, anyone? They're an easy target - no-one can really deny that Johnny can occasionally be a bit of a twit.

Up All Night was a genuinely wonderful, slightly hedonistic piece of work - and Razorlight (although admittedly containing about 25% filler), has some startlingly beautiful moments. Unlike most of the current scene, Razorlight have potential, and haven't been content to make the same songs over and over again.

I challenge anyone to listen to Fall Fall Fall and Los Angeles Waltz, and then tell me they're not beautiful.

Yeah I have to admit I quite like some of their stuff (most recently Los Angeles Waltz) but Borrell annoys me.. (mainly because that all-white outfit he always has on makes it look like he's wearing pjs) Apparently he's having a bit of a bitching war with the Kooks for some reason - perhaps it's over who's got the curliest hair?

The Kooks thing is both sides trying to be controversial, I think Luke make a fairly passing comment about Razorlight and Johnny ran with it. The white outfit is just hilarious though, you almost have to admire him for being so willing to be all Iggy about things...

Luke has better hair though... ...better-looking too, hoho...

I quite like Razorlight.

I don't like it when he insists on wearing that deer stalker hat with tight jeans and not a lot else. Makes me want to shout "put some clothes on love"!
