basicly i got arrested for signing my name on a wall. 25 other people did it i got caught because i was wearing red skinny jeans spent 9 hours in a cell. Worst experince ever

Your parents should sue them. Seriously. 9 hours is ridiculous.

(Actualy, I'd say arresting someone for that is ridiculous, they should have told you off and let you go... but 9 hours in a cell is mad.)

When you say signing a wall, are we talking the wall of Abbey Road Studios or a wall that's not supposed to be written on (ie. Graffiti)?

Hope you grassed the others up for leaving you. That'll learn 'em!

well it is criminal damage. i hate to be the realist here but it is against the law to draw graffiti on a wall you dont own. did you get a plastic breakfast in the morning. they are honking

To be honest if you were wearing red skinny jeans then I think spending 9 hours in a cell constitutes getting off lightly... as mic says, criminal damage is criminal damage. I guess you'll think twice next time, so maybe it's a useful lesson learnt. Sorry if that sounds harsh.

It's quite common to spend that much time in custody for small crimes...they call it a short sharp shock - allowing you enough time to freak out, but not enough to get used to it...it's meant to be far more effective than longer spells! I guess they wanted to make sure that you didn't do it again...sorry that it happened to you dude, but I'm essentially against graffiti that has no artistic or literary merit myself...
