Best gig of the year for me was the brilliant KS at Shepherd's Bush Empire. Since there are no gigs on the horizon I thought I'd sneak in another weekend in London. So,can anyone recommend attractions/things to do to? Kids want to see Mdm Tussauds & the London Eye. I'd like to go to markets but there are so many and time is limited so can any of you recommend the one that you'd consider unmissable? Thanks.

I'd agree with the Tower of London for child entertainment purposes, but get there early - the queues can be immense!
Richmond Park is lovely for a walk and deer-spotting, but it's a fair step from the centre. The Ministry has fallen. Scrimgeour is dead. They are coming. |

I always go to St James Park whenever I get a chance, just cos there's plenty of wildlife and it's free obviously. Plus it appeals to both kids and adults (the occasional pelican-swallowing-pigeon incident excepted, obviously...)
