This is my intro from Refujeevas forum, in case you're wondering who dat?:

I'm 27, from Hillingdon (icky suburb, sort of London but not), went to Uni in Lancaster, have lived in Cardiff for 4 years now. I work for a voluntary org. I like travel, I just can't afford it. I listen to Tom Waits, Ani Difranco, Elliott Smith, The Small Faces, Nirvana (the sixties group, not the grunge band), the Beatles and....uh.....Donovan. Sorry.

Roughly a decade ago, when I was in college in Ealing half-arsedly "studying" for my A levels, I posted on the "official" Kula Shaker forum. Then life and stuff got in the way of my sad obsession, then they split up, and now they are back. Huzzah!

I am Claire, a 22-year old English graduate from Bath who now resides in Birmingham with my beloved bands/DJs night "Wrapped in Plastic". I've been into Kula Shaker since I was 13, but only got to see them live twice before they left us, although I did manage to see Pi 3 times, and The Jeevas 16 [not as much as some though *looks meaningfully at Annie/Ley*].

This has already made my 2006...

Ok, well I'm Lexie I'm 21 and I too hail from the refujeevas board. I'm an English lit student from Newcastle. I've liked KS since I was about 12 but I never got to see them live (boo hoo!). Hopefully that will all change....

didnt get into KS til 2000 slightly late i know, but been trying to make up 4 it ever since. Been hanging around on the jeevas.com board and then the refujeevas board for the past 2-3 years...waiting for this moment.

other fav bands...any psychedelic 60s stuff, Love, kaiser chiefs, kaleidoscope, zombies, pink floyd, small faces....nothing generally too modern really.

Am I the oldest person here? Should I be ashamed?

I know quite a few of you already, but for those that don't know me, Im Susheel. (kuladudeK or just K), 23 year old from Glasgow (c'mon the Hoops!)and work as a government agent. Been a regular on the kula shaker/jeevas board since late 1998/1999. Love the band for ages.
Total obsessive (in a nice way!) Crispian Mills/ Kula Shaker fan.
