No worries. I don't want to sound like I'm preaching. I just get the impression that this is the type of thing that people tend to ignore, like I used to, just because it's easier on the mind. I have followed Davis Icke's messages for years.

As soon as the credit crunch thing came to awareness I knew it was linked to the TRILLIONS that went missing from the USA defence budget!

I came to the conclusion that they printed money and caused this situation.

Then what, we announce that we are also to print money.

It's the tracking/controlling of freedom thing that scares me the most. First ID cards, then microchip implants that track your every move. It made me cancel my mobile phone contract today which was the most difficult thing I've ever done. The guy wouldn't take no for an answer.

It's not that I don't want a mobile, it's the fact that it's linked to my name and can be tracked as easy as a satnav. Just get a pay as you go but don't register it. Pay for it in cash as well and don't give your name. But I'll be supprised if you can use one without registering it these days.

I know where you are coming from but ultimately they ''THEY'' lol can track your signal and no doubt would be able to make an educated guess at who you are due to it being at your home address most of the time. Unless of course you only use it out in the open!

I ignore David Icke because he talks lots but says nothing. Not because I do not question what I am told. However, I don't really feel like sharing the specificities with strangers - after all, you never know who could be reading this, right?

I respect your right to believe what you want, but don't try to second-guess silence. It can be hard to discuss these things in such a disconnected way. I prefer to talk with my close friends about the big stuff.

Incidentally, the credit crunch is the cumulation of a lot of factors - most of which are completely researchable. You may want to start here. A lot of people got greedy - unfortunately, greed has different effects depending on your influence.

Talks a lot but says nothing? He said enough to completely change what I put in my my body in one single night (drugs, food, drink etc). Something that my parents and doctors were trying to do for years. He pointed out that dentists have been putting mercury (poison) in our fillings and are still doing so. He's also directed me to a type of religion or spirituality that actually makes sense, scientifically and logically. I feel infinitely happier in general since hearing about him. He can't be that bad, come on. I'm not one of those people who are easily manipulated either - being brought up a Catholic (or in other words 'lied to all my life'), I have developed a sort of built-in lie detector.

To be honest what I read in that link doesn't really explain WHY the recession is happening. It might explain to some extent HOW some money is being wasted but what about the magical disappearing money?

I said I have concerns - I didn't say I agreed with his concerns. But as I said, I do not wish to discuss it over the internet, it's too easy to get stuck on small misunderstandings.

The money did not disappear dude. The problem was, it never existed in the first place. It all hinged on what was on and off balance sheet, and what counted as money. People used financial structures (such as credit default swaps) that they did not understand, and this market correction that we're seeing now is basically a massive reality check working its way through the global economy.

I did watch it...but it's not my answer. If it makes you happy, great.

Believe Trillions dissapeared or not they are hardly gonna tell the complete truth now are they? Whatever you research there will be a story to the contrary. One concern is that the credit crunch will create a one world banking system which governments are aiming for and was predicted by Mr Icke years ago!

The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

And loss of jobs etc, etc, etc.
