Im starting this thread because I want people who visit this site for the first time to know that KS have had a very positive influence on me.

Never before have I felt such a feel good factor while listening to any form of music as I do when I listen to this band.

Not only that, I have also stopped eating animals thanks to KS!

I stopped because I gave serious thought to the subject due to learning that the band dont eat animals. I wondered why.
The thought of becoming a veggie did cross my mind a few times in the past but I saw no real reason to stop eating meat.
Once I did stop eating meat I understood just how repulsive those lumps of flesh on the supermarket counters really are!

I dont see a steak or a chicken anymore I see a dead animal chopped to pieces on the shelf.

At first it felt like my body was in a state of shock or withdrawal and I didnt think I would make it as a veggie. That passed after about 3 weeks and now I dont miss meat in the slightest! My digestion has improved and I just feel lighter in my being and more spiritual!

So.....

That is my good news about this band just for the hell of it.

Thank you Kula Shaker for influencing me in such a positive way!

Thweeksie

Smiler

Hello newbies,
we all have the same reason to love Kula Shaker: We stopped eating meat!
Welcome!
Thweeksie, don't get me wrong, but is this the most important reason why Kula Shaker make you feel good?

The law says you can't eat a human being.

Now, go and show 'em who's boss.

I'd eat an organic free range person from the UK. Keep it local and all that. One of those self-sufficient people who grow their own veg and keep chickens. I like to know where my food is from.
