1996 - Chris Evans is presenting TFI Friday, the one reason why I refused to go out early on a Friday night. Summer was hot, the music was good and the football wasn't bad either.

2005 - Chris Evans launches OFI Sunday, the public are largely unimpressed. The magic has gone and it's a bit wanky really.

Now, bearing in mind the link between KS and TFI Friday. (Yes, I know there's the white room too) what are the odds of:-

1. KS reforming and no one noticing
2. KS reforming and Chris Evans jumping on the bandwagon
3. Mark Radcliffe having an orgasm, then spontaneously combusting.
4. KS reforming, only for us lot to find the magic's gone. (see above - OFI sunday)

Discuss.

point 4 has been keeping me awake for several nites now!!

point 1 wouldn't bother me, in fact it would be quite a nice scenario...lots of intimate gigs for fans like us

point 2 makes me shiver due to the thought of chris evans

point 3 would make me chuckle

I like Mark Radcliffe.

Which is why I'm calling my house plants Craig and David.

Might get a heyowge one that I'll call Fat Harry White "Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm babyyyyy"

Getting to the point though, I honestly don't think it'll be the same. I hope it will, believe me, but I don't think it will. I think some things are best left in the past.

Don't get me wrong, good music is timeless and Kula Shaker will always be worth listening to but I can't see it scaling the heady heights it did. I'll be very happy to be proved wrong though.
