Thaks for this Zeal. Music sounds good, but I'm not too keen on the singer's voice, he sounds like he's in some sort of pain. I've never been that keen on 'modern Asian' bands myself. I prefer the oldie stuff like Ravi Shankar or sometimes Asha Bosle. Having said that, I did see the beautiful Anouska Shankar recently...she was fantastic live.

Talvin Singh... oh I know that name. Is he the one from Cornershop? Or am confusing him with someone else?

Liked Cornershop.

The problem for me with the band Zeal psoted is that their sound is slightly... er, "empty", shal we call it. It's very basic guitar and cool percussion - but nothign esle really. So the guitar solos sound good, but the rest kinda disappears, cos they don't give more volume to the sound.
IF, er, I dind't just confuse everyone, cos I think I just did myself Smiler

ADF were legendary, Rafi's Revenge and Community Music are awesome. Community Music is one of my favourite albums EVAR (10/10 in the NME and every mark deserved)....

New Way, New Life: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jywa9oK3ytU (words cannot express...! Watch this!)

I saw their last ever gig with Deeder Zaman. Could never get into the stuff after that.
