I'd never actually seen this one before. It's just a lipsync performance, so don't expect anything exciting musically. But as far as mimed performances go, it's one of the more enjoyable ones. Everything is extremely colourful, the band look cool, and rather than pretend they're playing live (which let's face it is a lost cause when there aren't even any amps on stage), they've clearly decided it would be much more fun to goof around for the cameras instead

Oh... I remember it, back in 1997! We were celebrating my parents anniversary and I wasn't at home, I was pretty pissed off that the two things was in the same night! I see that later taped that night, maybe I still have the tape somewhere at my parents home. Omg,I was 12!!!
