Hopefully there's more. If that's all they filmed then you just have to groan at their choices really. How many videos of Hush are already on youtube exactly? Razzer

What I'm really looking forward to seeing is the setlist, to be honest.

Yeah, audio is a lot better on that. It's a shame the other video of Tattva isn't the whole song otherwise I could've used the better video from that and added it to the audio from the second one.

I thought maybe after the Russian version of "Tattva" that they might launch into "O Sole Mio" or something during the solo at Ypsigrock, but this version was fairly straightforward in comparison. Good though Smiler

Well there's a third version of Tattva (+ Hush) on YT now; clearly this was a popular song... video / audio wise this is probably as good as it's gonna get though:

EDIT: also some nice photos here:

It was pretty well publicised that this was supposed to be where they previewed songs from their new album. Where the hell are the recordings of those???

Hopefully someone will put them up... Smiler

Love that Crispian is wearing a Harinam chaddar in the photos Smiler Awesome.

That's the white and red shawl around his shoulders, it's traditional Indian attire with the names of God written in Sanskrit on it.

Yeah, that's my point really. I don't want to seem ungrateful for the things people have put up; it's just frustrating that at a gig where (as far as we know) they played a bunch of new songs, all we get to watch is the usual songs that get played every single gig anyway.

I suspect a lot of people who take cameras to gigs and aren't hardcore fans of the band in question probably just listen out for the start of a song they recognise and then press "record" at that point. So new / rare songs will always lose out that way.

Anyway hopefully Lord Strangebloke will get back from his epic journey soon and give us a proper update.

A couple more from youtube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6Mv17Fl5Qk <- Out on The Highway (start only)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZ1sgXYMk_4 <- Jerry Was There

The last one is a bit odd; it seems to have been done by some TV station and they've clearly resynced the audio such that it's kind of hard to tell what song exactly the band are playing...

Yeah,as much as nice new live Kula footage is always fun I have to admit to being slightly disappointed with the lackof new material, which did seem to be the point of the gig....well,at least for me.

Ah,well, they also publicised a UK date, didn't they? I suppose we'll get some new songs youtubed then *big innocent eyes* Wink

It would be nice if we did, but they're unlikely to come from me sadly. Solfest is a *long* way away from where I am... if it was a smaller gig, I might make the effort. But it's a lot of distance / money to go to see them from the back of a crowd.
