Which song by covered by Kula Shaker has been your favourite and you believe is BETTER than the original?

Question:
Name your favourite Kula Shaker cover

Choices:
Hush (Joe South)
Ballad of a Thin Man (Bob Dylan)
Hurry on Sundown (Hawkwind)
Baby, You're a Rich Man (The Beatles)
Rain (The Beatles)
Red Balloon (The Small Faces)

If Ballad of a thin man gets even one vote, I'll throw up Big Grin

Yeah, it is. He sang on it though so it's not really a cover, more a collaboration.

Hmm I don't qualify for voting as I don't really think any of their versions have been better than the originals. Having said that isn't the Deep Purple version of Hush a cover itself; Both Billie Joe Royal and Somebody's Image recorded it before Deep Purple.

Okay- My deepest apologies. I had no idea Red Balloon was a cover. So was it originally done by The Small Faces? And I've added Rain. Apparently I need to take music 101 because I also didn't know that Hush predates even Deep Purple! So let's have a do-over vote, shall we?

"Red Balloon" is a Tim Hardin cover. Small Faces did it, but they didn't write it.

whoa, this is getting confusing. I listened to some of the Tim Hardin version and some of the lyrics are even different!
