Sarah, perhaps I owe you an apology! My last post was born of frustration!
Maybe it would be a good idea if I / we understood a liitle more of why some people seem to know stuff, and how they fit in to the scheme of things?
And you're not alone in thinking the podcast was crap btw.

Well no doubt people will correct me if I'm wrong...

Sarah - is a big fan / knows some of the medieval babes including Alonza's wife who's in the band.

esther and Carrie are daughters of comic artist Andrew Wildman who is a mate of Crispian's and so they are in the know that way.

K does his myspace and hears from the management now and again.

Maybe we have some others with connections here but they are keeping quiet.

For my part, I have corresponded with Maureen who takes care of PR...well, at least she did when I wrote the article for the BBC. Since then, I haven't really liked to e-mail her though, it feels odd to do it for no reason!

Yeah, that's basically it. I know Alonza's wife well and I'm good mates with an MB called Emily who originally told me about Kula reforming way back in 2005. Anyway, Kula stuff inevitably comes up when I chat to Audrey and some of it I'm happy to repeat cos it's really not that secret or anything. Other stuff, I won't - just cos it's said in the context of a friendship y'know and I'd hate Audrey to think I only talk to her for gossip about her husband, when I actually just like her. Plus all the MBs are mates with Alonza so I get little weird bits here and there. Plus some of their random mates know Alonza and Paul too - me and Dan met a wicked guy at Christmas who was telling us cool stories about them. Oh and Queen Jhansi is rather well in with the Bucky lads, lucky girl.

Anything not too personal I will report to you lot since as we're news starved! Any apology is absolutely accepted arizzona, I know what it's like to feel that frustration - I haven't always known these people! I try not to be show-offy cos it's really not such a big deal and it's due to pure accident and lucky chancesthat I have made friends with such well connected ladies! But if I vear that way please tell me......

I wouldnt say that their is any "inner sanctum" its just that kula fans tend to stick together heaven knows I know quiet a few hardcore fans, I suppose we just keep eachother updated
