I'd put money on that being Japanese. The handwriting is Japanese and the use of English is...Japanese

Heh. I imagine it's just a translation issue, and therefore it is probably from a non-native English speaker (not necessarily Japanese though.) I guess they're trying to say "get ready for KS" / "prepare for KS" but they haven't got the grammar quite right. Mind you, they're probably reading this thread right now and are mortified to see their sign being picked apart, so maybe we should stop
