I read somewhere that she's from Northumberland, but how true that is I have no idea. As for the FC club badge, yep, I've read that too but she would have done so at a rather young age because it's been around for a while.

Her father managed Reading FC for a few years - as to her having actually designed it, I don't believe it has ever been confirmed! I think you're thinking of this page anyway, for those who haven't read it!

Is it usual for football web sites to put together family trees of managers? I find that a little bizarre. And I thought music fans were obsessive...

Yeah I heard the Northumberland thing, can't remember where. She doesn't sounds Northumbrian though, most people never really rid themselves of a Northumbrian accent...you never know though.
