Hey. The album art for Strangefolk was credited to Amy Burrows but I've been unable to find anything about her. If anyone knows where I can find any information or even some more of her work I would be very grateful. I ask because I need some contextual research for a Graphics assignment I'm working on. I love what I've seen and want to see more... Thank you very much.

Well if you go to the site below, and then click on "art", you can see a whole bunch of sleeves / posters designed by Love Police:

However, according to the blurb Amy Burrows is one of three designers there, and there's no obvious way of telling which of them designed a given sleeve / poster. But logically a fair amount of that stuff should be by her. It's a starting point anyway.

I don't want to fall into the trap of assuming that other sleeves are her handiwork just cos they share a similar style (after all any designer worth their salt should be able to draw upon a range of styles), but nonetheless I can see similarities between the Strangefolk artwork and some Vines sleeves (which were also designed by Love Police.) Eg this one for starters:



So I don't think it's that much of a shot in the dark to speculate that those were probably done by her too.
